Your role

As Key Account Manager at GEODIS your focus will be to approach prospects and finding new customers. Understanding customer needs and generating tailor-made solutions is an important part of the job.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Book and execute meetings with prospects and existing customers

  • Ensure implementation of new customers

  • Present GEODIS and our services in a compelling and professional manner

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Reach sales budget and goals


As Key Account Manager you will be situated in our Copenhagen office and you will frequently travel in the region of Sjælland. In your role, you report directly to Sales Manager, Thomas Gill and you are part of our Business Development team in Copenhagen. You will cooperate closely with your colleagues in the territory sales team for Copenhagen area. Together, you will work towards common goals and aiming to expand our business within your territory.


Your background

To succeed in this role you have some years’ experience of working with complex solution selling (B2B) within freight forwarding with documented good results. In previous sales roles, your focus has been finding new customers. Since we are an international company, you need to have strong communication skills both in Danish and English. It´s considered a merit if you have experience from working within the logistics and freight forwarding field.
